ASNA Conducts SEMI Sealing Element Survey
Applied Seals North America (ASNA) has been spearheading the effort to establish sealing and O-ring standards. In conjunction with this effort, ASNA ad SEMI are conducting an important survey. The goal of the survey is to amass information to aid in the establishing of badly needed standards for sealing elements commonplace in the semiconductor industry.
